When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash; we never store your plaintext password). When you build your badge, we collect your company name, job title, LinkedIn URL, headshot photo, and company logo.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalized conference badge.
• To display your profile information within the application.
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session.

3. Privacy-First Architecture

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts. All IP addresses are hashed using SHA-256 with a server-side salt before storage. We do not store raw IP addresses in our analytics tables.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party, including advertisers, sponsors, or data brokers.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers hosted in the United States by Pair Networks. Uploaded images are stored in non-public directories accessible only through authenticated application routes.

6. AI Processing

We do not send your personal data to third-party AI services.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Access your data through your profile page.
• Update your data through the profile editor.
• Delete your account and all associated data through the account deletion option on your profile page.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (profile information, uploaded images, generated badges) is permanently removed.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
